It Took Me Months to Solve This One

The following sets of letters are related in a way known to most people.  Can you find the missing letters?

  3. ON the radio, DJ played the song, realized I was on FM, straightly switched to AM......

    Because he was saying the words were related in a way known by most people, so my guess is it's radio?

    Anyway, my answer is: FM, because he switched it back, because radio stations rarely use AM anymore.

My first guess was actually the same as Afif Lackluster well similar, I was thinking you turn the radio on, the DJ guy gives the weather, then listen to FM radio till it is AM in the morning then you get UP from bed so I would have said UP but I read the other comments so now I know the answer, lol that was a smart one, the next letters would be first JJ then AS, right? then back to ON etc... :P

  17. Hey, looks like you guys started to figure this one out. Each of the letters stands for a pair of months. The first is October November, then December January, February March, April May, which means the next pair is June July.

    So the answer today is JJ.
