Arrange and Sum
Take the four digits: 1, 2, 3, and 4 and form a four digit number such as 2,314. You can produce 24 different four digit numbers this way (4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 24).
Now here's the question. What is the sum of all 24 numbers?
There is a shortcut to answering this question. But feel free to figure out all 24 numbers and start adding with your favorite spreadsheet! Of course, the real question here is figure out the shortcut?

I Could Have Sworn I Posted This Yesterday
I mean, if you had asked me around 3 PM yesterday if I had posted the next question, I would have sworn on the bible...
Take a fish bowl, partly filled with water. Place the bowl on a scale. If you place a fish into the bowl, the total weight of the bowl increases by exactly the amount as the weight of the fish.
Now, hold the fish by the tail and partially introduce it into the water, will the total weight be greater than before we introduced the fish?
No fish were harmed in the making of this question.
