Can You Solve the Pattern

Can you figure out the pattern? What is the missing number?

  1. this is a hard one....ummm is the answer 11?

  2. is the answer 3?
    Column c = (column A * column B) - 20

  3. You got it anonymous. The pattern is A*B - 20 = C. So the first row is 7*4 - 20 = 8. The second is 3*9 - 20 = 7. The third is 6*5 - 20 = 10. So that means the last row, "?*8 - 20 = 4" indicates the missing number is 3.

Is there another pattern where the answer is 11? I would guess it's possible, but I'm not seeing it.
