I'm posting one puzzle, riddle, math, or statistical problem a day. Try to answer each one and post your answers in the comments section. I'll post the answer the next day. Even if you have the same answer as someone else, feel free to put up your answer, too!

Only One True Answer
There is only one true answer.
Here are three answers:
A. Answer A
B. Answer A or B
C. Answer B or C
Hmm... I'm torn, because saying A would be an infinite loop of saying answer A. However, if you say C, you would be saying A or B or B or C (so all answers).
Since there is only 1, I'll have to go with A, as it is only one...
If the first answer is true, then so is the second answer. If the second answer is true, then either the first or third (or both) are also true. If the third answer is true, then the second answer need not be true because C can carry the weight.
Leave your answer or, if you want to post a question of your own, send me an e-mail. Look in the about section to find my e-mail address. If it's new, I'll post it soon.
Please don't leave spam or 'Awesome blog, come visit mine' messages. I'll delete them soon after.

I think it has to be C.
ReplyDeleteIf A is true, then so is B.
If B is true, then so is C.
Only C can be true by itself, so it has to be the one true answer.
