I'm posting one puzzle, riddle, math, or statistical problem a day. Try to answer each one and post your answers in the comments section. I'll post the answer the next day. Even if you have the same answer as someone else, feel free to put up your answer, too!

1 knows
Rebus are picture puzzles. Common words or phrases are found by arranging letters just so. Can you figure these out?
1. Railroad Crossing (School buses must stop here!) 2. Update 3. Won By A Nose (I think it originates from horse racing, as in a very close victory) 4. Day in Day out
Leave your answer or, if you want to post a question of your own, send me an e-mail. Look in the about section to find my e-mail address. If it's new, I'll post it soon.
Please don't leave spam or 'Awesome blog, come visit mine' messages. I'll delete them soon after.
Not sure these are all right, but here's an attempt!
ReplyDelete(1) crossroads
(2) update
(3) no one knows
(4) day in and day out
I agree, with a few phrasing changes as follow:
ReplyDelete1) either "railroad tie" or "railroad crossing"
4) "Day in, day out" ("day" in "day out")
3 is throwing me, since I can't find the "no" in "no one knows", but I don't have a better answer offhand...
1. Railroad Crossing (School buses must stop here!)
ReplyDelete2. Update
3. Won By A Nose (I think it originates from horse racing, as in a very close victory)
4. Day in Day out
1. Cross RailRoad
ReplyDelete2. Update !!
3. 1 Nose.
4. Day in Day out
I think the third one was the hardest, and probably not clear at all since no one got it.
ReplyDelete1. Railroad crossings
2. update
3. won by a nose (1 by a knows)
4. day in day out
I think you missed my answer then! :P
