    Oops. The arrow for the lady's is supposed to be under the first lady (hence the answer). Sorry about that. I thought I had worked the layout. Guess not...

    I do hate it when I mess up the layout. The answers (as already pointed out by many above) are:

    2) small print

    4) First Lady (sorry it points to the second!)
