White bird, featherless, flyin' out o' paradise, flyin' over sea and land, dyin' in my hand. What is it?

  3. Snow, 'dyin in my hand,' when the snow melts is the answer.

A paper airplane would be featherless, but I'm not sure about 'dyin'. Fog sort of works, while I'm not sure how a white lie goes about dyin' in your hand. I'm also not sure how it is 'flyin' out of paradise'.

Still, I had to think hard about each one and they all sort of fit.
