Despite trying to publish this question this morning, I wasn't able to because blogger was having issues. Sorry about that to everyone looking for their morning wake up brain buzz.
1) equal rights 2) that is besides the point 3) forty niners 4) Nice catch anonymous, it should be misunderstanding between friends... of course the second standing should be friend... oops. I should fix that.
