Two men were playing tennis. They played five sets and each man won three sets.
The two men were partners playing doubles. Given the way the question was worded, andy, karnov, and anonsage's answer works. It just wasn't what I intended.
Leave your answer or, if you want to post a question of your own, send me an e-mail. Look in the about section to find my e-mail address. If it's new, I'll post it soon.

It was doubles tennis, and the two men were on the same team. Meaning that they won 3/5, and their opponents lost the 5 set match...
ReplyDeleteor, they were playing singles, but not against each other
ReplyDeleteThey were not playing against each other?
