Cigars are bad for you kids!

Because cigars cannot be entirely smoked, a hobo who collects cigar butts can make a cigar to smoke out of every 5 butts that he finds. Today, he has collected 25 cigar butts. How many cigars will he be able to smoke?

    Four because 1/5 is lost to the butt.

    I was thinking he could make six. If he can make 1 for every 5 buts he finds he should be able to make 5 with the 25 he found. That should leave him with five more buts after he has smoked them so he would be able to make one more, six.
