Why round?
Here's a trivia question for you. Why are manhole covers round and not square?
That's right, Andrew. Square covers can fall down the hole they are covering. But no matter how you turn a round cover, the diameter will never be shorter than the hole.
Leave your answer or, if you want to post a question of your own, send me an e-mail. Look in the about section to find my e-mail address. If it's new, I'll post it soon.
Please don't leave spam or 'Awesome blog, come visit mine' messages. I'll delete them soon after.
So the cover doesn't fall through the hole?
