Beheadings Are So 1700s
How will you behead sixty eight and leave eighteen?
I was beginning to think I had stumped you all when you came up with the answer reallyfatbloke. Take away L from LXVIII (68) and you end up with XVIII (18).

This works in roman numerals if you 'behead' the number by removing the first digit.
